Responsibilities

• Support cost management on the £15m Milton Keynes project (400,000 sq ft industrial warehouse and offices)
• Assist with procurement and subcontract administration to maintain cost control
• Contribute to commercial reporting and variation management to protect project margins
• Operate with autonomy to manage day-to-day commercial tasks on site
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project milestones and budgeting

Key requirements

• Degree qualification or other relevant construction qualification (preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with reputable main contractor
• Experience on new build steel frame projects
• Ability to work autonomously
• Excellent commercial awareness
• Full UK drivers’ license
