Project Manager – Health

Overview

In this role you will lead health-sector project delivery in our London Real Estate team, guiding projects from feasibility through handover. You’ll manage small to medium complex commissions and support major new build schemes, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes. You’ll shape project governance, risk mitigation, and benefits realization while advancing Turner & Townsend’s growth and mission to realise client objectives. Responsibilities

• Plan and secure project resources using appropriate tools
• Lead and manage project team with clear roles
• Identify and manage risks and issues with mitigation strategies
• Keep project on track for time and budget, applying PM methodologies
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships and effective communication
• Monitor progress with suitable metrics and indicators
• Evaluate project benefits using evidence-based methods

Key requirements

• Post-graduate professional qualification in project management (internationally recognised)
• Degree in a relevant field (preferable)
• Experience in Health projects (hospitals, clinics, or research facilities)
• Strong contract administration skills, especially with NEC contracts
• Commercially astute with budget and resource management
• Knowledge of UK Department of Health and Social Care management systems and tools
