Overview
In this role, you will manage an existing commercial contracts caseload and help grow the department from the Birmingham office. You will work closely with senior lawyers and contribute to client service at a high level while pursuing partnership. The opportunity promises meaningful progression within a prestigious firm and a platform to leverage your client network and deal-making capabilities. You will shape the practice by combining strong technical skills with business development to attract and instruct clients. Responsibilities
- support and supervise junior lawyers

Key requirements
- minimum 8+ years’ experience in commercial contracts
- currently a Partner or Senior Associate seeking partnership
- strong technical skills across the broad spectrum of commercial work
- existing client network for partnership level engagement
