Overview

In this role you drive growth for GE HealthCare’s Critical Care and Ward Care portfolio across your territory. You work with cross-functional teams to position patient monitoring solutions, aimed at improving patient outcomes and hospital workflow efficiency. You will navigate complex hospital environments, engage multiple stakeholders, and push opportunities through the sales cycle with a focus on value-based discussions. The role combines clinical insight with commercial execution to expand adoption and deliver territory growth.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver orders, revenue, market share and growth for the portfolio.
  • Support territory and account growth plans aligned to objectives.
  • Identify, qualify and progress sales opportunities through the customer buying cycle.
  • Drive competitive conversions and expansion within the installed base.
  • Build relationships with clinical, operational, procurement and executive stakeholders.
  • Deliver clinical, operational and financial value propositions tailored to needs.
  • Lead customer presentations, demonstrations and commercial discussions.
  • Support evaluations, trials and tender processes.
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends, challenges and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Clinical Applications Specialists, Service and Marketing to drive customer success and growth.
  • Support opportunities involving connected care, device integration and digital healthcare solutions where applicable.

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, Business or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, clinical applications, acute care or related environments.
  • Experience engaging and influencing clinical, operational and procurement stakeholders in hospital settings; understands complex decision-making.
  • Commercial or healthcare technology sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of acute care, critical care, ward-based delivery and hospital operations.
  • Understanding of NHS hospital environments, including workflows, purchasing processes and key stakeholders.
