Overview

In this role you will support a leading international law firm’s Corporate ECM practice in London, advising on a broad mix of high-profile transactions for both domestic and international clients. You will focus on equity capital markets (Main Market and AIM) while also handling a range of corporate matters including M&A, joint ventures and venture capital. You will collaborate with a strong national and international team to drive transformative matters across multiple industries. Responsibilities

• Advise on ECM transactions (Main Market and AIM)
• Contribute to a broad corporate transactions practice (M&A, JVs, VC)
• Collaborate with cross-border clients across multiple sectors
• Support high-profile, transformative deals in a collaborative team setting
• Work with a leading corporate practice on scalable, complex matters

Key requirements

• Qualified Lawyer
• 4-6 years’ experience in equity capital markets and corporate
• Experience from a leading practice
• Listed funds experience would be ideal
