Overview
In this role you drive the SEED community funding initiative, recruiting and supporting local participant decision makers. You work closely with SCDA’s finance and management teams to ensure compliant grant distribution and accurate reporting. You engage with marginalised communities to build their adjudication skills and oversee effective governance of Lottery funds. This position offers a meaningful chance to shape community funding decisions and strengthen cross‑team collaboration in a supportive, flexible environment.

Responsibilities
- Recruit, train and support participant decision makers
- Oversee compliance and regulations around distribution of Lottery funds
- Ensure reporting, monitoring and accuracy for Lottery and SCDA procedures
- Collaborate with finance and management to maintain governance and financial integrity
- Supervise participants with clarity, adaptability and professional conduct
