Overview
As an Enterprise Account Manager for UK & Europe, you will grow Plaid’s most strategic enterprise customers by acting as a trusted advisor on product and partnerships. You’ll own end-to-end commercial growth, from renewals to multi-product expansions, collaborating with Sales, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Legal. You will deploy innovative use cases and lead strategic conversations with executive sponsors. This role combines relationship-building with market insight to shape Plaid’s product direction and customer success.

Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of Plaid’s largest UK & European enterprise customers
- Build deep, trusted-advisor relationships with executive sponsors and day-to-day operators
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and convert them into deployed use cases
- Lead commercial conversations including renewals, expansions, and strategic partnerships
- Act as a strategic consultant, providing product guidance and data-driven recommendations
- Lead customer initiatives such as business reviews, product launches, and escalations
- Develop account strategies balancing near-term revenue with long-term growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive outcomes and surfacing market feedback to inform product direction
Key requirements
- 7+ years in a client-facing commercial role
- Proven success growing enterprise relationships and revenue
- Strong commercial acumen with track record of renewals and multi-product growth
- Ability to navigate complex organisations and engage at executive level
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support
- Willingness to travel across UK and European markets; familiarity with fintech/banking landscape and regulatory context is a strong plus
