Overview
In this role you will lead the setup of new Bristol operations for a niche consultancy, building and guiding a high-performing MEP team. You will oversee delivery of technical excellence across residential, commercial and healthcare sectors, shaping projects from the ground up. The position offers a fast track to Director and a opportunity to influence growth and strategic direction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale the business and elevate engineering standards.
