As a Manager in Analysys Mason’s TVC practice, you will lead and deliver transformation and value-creation initiatives for tech-intensive sectors. You’ll work with a global leadership team to drive growth, shape client outcomes, and mentor project teams. The role blends strategic program delivery, client relationship building, and IP development in a collaborative, hybrid-work culture. Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver major transformation and strategic change programmes across tech-intensive industries
• Build and sustain attributable client relationships through your technology expertise
• Manage diverse client engagements across sectors and geographies
• Develop intellectual capital to support client delivery and sales
• Control and optimise project resources and costs
• Inspire high performance within project teams
• Mentor team members and line-manage project staff

Key requirements
