Overview
As CFO, you will be the CEO’s strategic partner shaping the financial trajectory of a market-leading InsurTech at a pivotal growth inflection. You will build a best-in-class finance function to support a multi-product insurance platform and lead capital allocation, reserving, and underwriting performance. You’ll drive investor and exit readiness for a planned strategic exit in 2028 and craft the financial narrative to maximize shareholder value. This board-level role offers equity upside and a meaningful chance to influence strategy and value creation. You will work cross-functionally to align finance with growth goals and strategic initiatives.

Key requirements
- Experienced insurance CFO or senior finance leader with significant insurance sector expertise
- Extensive knowledge of IFRS 17 and/or IFRS 4 and insurance-specific financial management
- Experience of reserving, capital adequacy frameworks and working alongside actuaries
- Commercially driven leader who thrives in ambitious, fast-moving environments
