Overview
In this ARM role you drive proactive business development and ongoing relationship management with IFA firms and wealth managers in London and the South East. You’ll introduce Flagstone, train advisers on the platform, and nurture trusted, active referral partnerships. The position combines field engagement with feedback into product and strategy, contributing to Flagstone’s growth of the IFA channel. You work closely with cross-functional teams to expand adoption and referrals in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities
- Own and grow your regional IFA/wealth manager territory and referral activity
- Spend most time in the field visiting adviser firms and attending events to establish long-term partnerships
- Identify and approach new firms not yet working with Flagstone and initiate relationship-building
- Deepen engagement with registered firms to unlock referral activity
- Increase volume/value of referrals from active partners
- Deliver compelling presentations of the Flagstone proposition and train advisers on the referral portal
- Keep partners updated on product developments and capture feedback for improvements
- Provide timely, knowledgeable support to advisers and close feedback loops
- Feed adviser insights into product development to reduce friction and improve referrals
- Maintain a current regional pipeline and report on health of territory to the team lead
Key requirements
- Field-based sales or relationship management experience with a proven track record
- Comfortable in a mobile, travel-heavy role across a broad geographic area
- Strong presence and communication skills to engage independent financial advisers and compliance officers
- Solid understanding of the IFA and wealth manager market and how cash management fits within financial plans
- Familiarity with regulatory landscape: directly authorised firms, Appointed Representatives, and network members
- Financial literacy suitable for credible conversations about cash, rates, FSCS protection, and diversification
- Commercial drive and self-direction with strong organizational skills and territory planning
