Site Supervisor

Overview

As Reactive Civils Supervisor, you will lead drainage and civils works across the South of England, coordinating site teams and subcontractors to deliver reactive projects safely and on time. You will act as the main liaison between on-site operations and management, ensuring effective resource use and strong compliance. You’ll tackle safety, coordination, and problem-solving challenges while maintaining high standards of workmanship. This role offers hands-on leadership in a growing, supportive team and includes out-of-hours standby to meet project needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee drainage and civils works across the South of England
• Manage site teams and subcontractors
• Coordinate resources to support reactive works
• Ensure health and safety compliance on site
• Deliver reactive works on time and to standard
• Serve as the link between site operations and management

Key requirements

• Experience supervising civils, drainage, or utilities projects
• Experience managing site teams and subcontractors
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety and site compliance
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Street Works (Operative or Supervisor)
• Confined Space
• EUSR Modules 1-5
• Full UK Driving Licence
