Senior Consultant – Real Estate Advisory

Overview

In this Senior Consultant role within our Real Estate Advisory team, you will help clients leverage real estate assets to transform operations and strategy. You will work with senior leaders to develop data-driven insights, robust business cases, and estate strategies that unlock investment and growth. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams and build lasting relationships across Scotland while contributing to our nationwide sector expertise. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and craft tailored real estate solutions
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis (e.g., feasibility studies) to support business cases and estate solutions
• Provide expert advice on real estate trends and sector developments
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify opportunities and prepare proposals

Key requirements

• 2-5 years’ experience in a consultancy and/or client-side environment
• In-depth knowledge of the UK Real Estate industry
• Proven experience authoring strategic documents such as Business Cases and/or Estate Strategies
• Knowledge of the HM Treasury Green Book 5-Case Model
• Experience in at least one sector (Defence / Local Government / Central Government / Healthcare / Education/ Commercial) with understanding of related policies and procurement
• Effective communicator with good listening skills
