Overview
In this role you handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, supporting individuals and businesses. You will work within a respected law firm to manage transactions efficiently while delivering high-quality client service. You’ll liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors to keep files progressing and compliant. Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing files (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions)
- Oversee progress of files to ensure timely, professional handling
- Liaise confidently with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Contribute to business development by building and maintaining client relationships
Key requirements
- At least 2 years PQE
- Proven experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures (freehold and leasehold)
- Experience in a CQS-accredited environment or familiarity with conveyancing protocols
- Case management and Microsoft Office skills
