Professional Services Consultant – German Speaker

Overview

In this role you will drive software implementations for hosted environments across the DACH region, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and customer value. You will blend technical delivery with pre-sales support, shaping deployments and data management solutions for a fintech client. You will work autonomously with regional leadership, tackling complex integration and optimization challenges in a fast-paced, global context. This is a hands-on position with a strong emphasis on client impact and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of software products in hosted/cloud environments
• Participate in all phases of the software delivery cycle (planning, installation, configuration, testing, documentation, training, and support)
• Demonstrate products to drive client understanding during the sales cycle
• Proofs of concepts
• Perform customization analysis and develop recommendations for client-specific product customization
• Software integration programming to connect products with client systems
• Provide pre-sales support, product delivery, configuration, and implementation across the DACH region and beyond

Key requirements

• Fluent German speaker
• 3–5 years of commercial experience
• Experience of Application support or Implementation
• A technical, mathematic or scientific degree
• SQL
• Ideally ability to read OO code
