Overview
In this role, you lead senior-level vendor management for Workplace Services and Real Estate, partnering with Core Procurement to drive value from third-party suppliers. You’ll shape governance, risk, and commercial strategies across a tiered supplier base, ensuring contract lifecycle discipline and measurable outcomes. You operate in a matrix environment to enable effective sourcing, oversight, and cost control. This position offers the chance to influence how facilities services are managed across Deloitte’s enterprise operations and to develop strategic supplier relationships.

Responsibilities
- Lead Vendor Management for Workplace Services and Real Estate, applying tiered governance by supplier tier, risk, spend, and importance
- Use market intelligence and performance data to steer sourcing priorities, segmentation, and value opportunities
- Collaborate with Workplace Services, Core Procurement, Finance, Legal, Risk and Compliance to shape sourcing strategies and governance
- Own strategic supplier governance including QBRs, strategy meetings, performance frameworks, and action tracking
- Maintain contract and supplier lifecycle discipline (onboarding, renewals, variations, obligations, and exit planning)
- Provide assurance on tier 2 and tier 3 supplier management, ensuring governance standards, audit trails, and performance documentation
Key requirements
- Senior experience in Workplace Services and Real Estate Vendor Management, Procurement, category management, contract management or shared services
- Strong understanding of supplier segmentation, tiered governance, supplier controls and performance frameworks
- Experience managing contract lifecycle activities and supplier onboarding/renewals/exit planning
- Strong commercial acumen across sourcing, governance, budgeting, forecasts, and value opportunities
- Risk and compliance capabilities including TPRM, audit trails, remediation and performance data
- Excellent communication skills for governance materials and executive summaries
- Structured problem-solving skills and ability to coach others in supplier management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
