Overview
In this role, you will own features end-to-end—from architecture to polished UI—for customer-facing products and internal tools. You will ship consumer-facing AI features in production while collaborating with a small team of web and mobile engineers. You’ll contribute to the broader product direction and help shape the future of clean energy tech. This is a hands-on, design-forward role in London that blends product thinking with strong engineering craft.

Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end from architecture to shipped UI for customer-facing products and internal tools, including AI features
- Build and maintain responsive, performant web apps using React, TypeScript, Next.js, and modern front-end practices
- Collaborate with backend and mobile engineers to design APIs and data integration, including AI/ML services
- Work with product and design to deliver intuitive, detail-oriented user experiences and push back when quality isn’t enough
- Prototype and experiment to test new features, including AI-driven ideas, using data to inform decisions
- Help define product direction and explore the ‘why’ behind features, not just the ‘how’
- Contribute to broader product direction and shape the future of clean energy tech
Key requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on web app development with TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS, and Next.js
- Track record of owning and shipping consumer-facing products with demonstrable design attention
- Demonstrated ownership and ability to discuss decisions made beyond completing tasks
- Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration with product, design, backend, and mobile teams
- Understanding of performance optimization techniques for modern web apps
