Responsibilities
- Manage projects and programmes from inception to completion
- Build trusted client relationships and act as main adviser
- Lead project teams and coordinate consultants and contractors
- Administer construction contracts as appropriate (Contract Administrator, Employer’s Agent, or Project Manager)
- Manage risks, budgets, programmes, and reporting
- Prepare and present reports to clients and senior stakeholders
- Support bids, proposals and business development
- Coach and mentor junior team members
Key requirements
- Experience delivering construction projects in consultancy or client-side environments
- Background in Project or Programme Management within the built environment
- Experience administering construction contracts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage project finances
- Proactive decision-making and leadership of multidisciplinary teams
- Professional membership such as MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB would be advantageous
