Director, Feasibility

Overview

In this role you will lead feasibility efforts for global clinical trial opportunities within the Proposals and Feasibility team. You will collaborate with Medpace Medical Experts, Clinical Trial Managers and Regulatory Submissions to evaluate opportunities and strategize efficient study scenarios worldwide. You will work with Investigators and international country managers, analyzing multiple data sources to support decisions. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on feasibility processes to accelerate global development. This is a mission-driven leadership role in a leading CRO.

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility assessments for new clinical trial opportunities
• Collaborate with Medical Experts, Trial Managers, and Regulatory Submissions team
• Coordinate with Investigators and international country managers
• Analyze multiple data sources to identify optimal study scenarios
• Strategize and guide global study execution plans
• Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams

Key requirements

• 5-7 years of project management/clinical trial management/feasibility experience in clinical research
• CRO experience preferred
• Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
• Thorough knowledge of feasibility processes
• Advanced understanding of operational aspects of clinical trials
• Ability to work independently
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills
• Bachelor is required
