Overview

As Senior Planner, you will help drive a major greenfield development by delivering planning detail for serviced land parcels destined for housing and related infrastructure. You will work closely with the Development Manager to manage conditions clearance, parcel analysis, and proactive problem solving to keep the project on track. The role sits within a small, developing developer team offering progression for successful delivery. This is an opportunity to shape a large-scale site and contribute to an ambitious planning programme.
