Overview
As a Technical Analyst at Quant Capital, you will drive data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency within a leading UK wealth manager. You will collaborate with business teams and outsource partners to design automated, end-to-end solutions, and build prototypes like dashboards and scripts. Your work will embed new designs into the operating model and support business change initiatives. This role offers exposure to financial services, data analytics, and strategic automation in a central London setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical and data analysis for business solutions across initiatives
- Ensure automated solutions are deployed throughout the operating model
- Design and build prototypes (data analysis, scripting, dashboards, spreadsheets, tools)
- Incorporate new designs into the standard operating model
- Collaborate with the Business Change function on projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with outsource providers on product development and improved solution design
Key requirements
- Working knowledge of data analysis and Tableau
- Experience operating with all organisational levels
- Experience working in a team environment
- Experience producing management information and reports
