Senior User Experience Designer

Overview

As Senior User Experience Designer, you will lead innovation and shape user-centered experiences for globally recognised education products. You will drive user research, craft interfaces and prototypes, and build a cohesive design system while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your work will align UX insights with product goals and help grow a forward-looking UX practice. This is an opportunity to influence how learners and educators interact with trusted educational solutions.

• onsite work: London, 3 days per week
• potential for up to two overseas trips per year

Responsibilities

• lead innovation and drive UX strategy in education products

Key requirements

• 5+ years experience in UX Research & Design or related roles
• relevant degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field
• expertise in conducting user research (e.g., A/B testing, usability studies)
• proficiency in prototyping with tools like Figma and Jira
• proven track record of integrating UX insights into product development
