Product Lead, Data & AI (Fully remote – UK, Spain, Portugal)

Overview

In this role you shape Zinier’s data and AI roadmap to power agentic, AI-driven field service products. You’ll translate strategic goals into actionable data requirements, owning the end-to-end lifecycle of data and AI initiatives. You’ll collaborate with Platform, Data Platform, Engineering, Design, Security, and Legal to build scalable, compliant solutions. You write engineering-ready epics and stories and drive analytics for LLM interfaces, making a meaningful impact at scale. This is a hands-on PM role that bridges strategy and execution to unlock the potential of data-driven frontline tech.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the data and AI roadmap to power field service products
• Specify data needs and translate into engineering requirements
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of data and AI initiatives from intent recognition to execution
• Collaborate with Platform, Data Platform, Product Engineering, Design, Security, and Legal
• Write epics and stories for Scrum teams with clear acceptance criteria
• Define and own data products, including data warehouse and data lake requirements
• Advance analytics maturity, including analytics for LLM/agent interfaces

Key requirements

• Strong B2B experience
• Proficiency in Scrum and Jira; hands-on in writing epics and stories
• Proficient in English
• Technical fluency to challenge architecture, data models, and trade-offs
