Responsibilities

• Support automation design from concept to detailed delivery
• Develop and maintain secure, scalable automation architectures
• Review consultant designs and provide technical guidance
• Design and improve OT networking solutions
• Ensure designs align with emerging technologies and cybersecurity requirements
• Troubleshoot complex automation issues on live sites
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across EMEA
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation and engineering best practice
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and design deliverables
• Develop and test PLC and SCADA code libraries

Key requirements

• 6+ years in industrial automation, critical infrastructure, data centers, systems integration or engineering consultancy
• Experience with automation and control systems
• SCADA platforms (Ignition advantageous)
• PLC platforms such as Rockwell ControlLogix or CompactLogix
• Industrial automation design and control systems
• EPMS or power monitoring systems
• OT networking and cybersecurity knowledge
