Sr Consultant, Solutions Management

Overview

In this role, you design holistic solutions for clients by combining product knowledge, industry insights, and technology. You’ll engage with clients and internal teams to tailor Visa solutions, deliver pre-sales tech advice and demos, and help optimize product integrations. The position leverages emerging tools like Generative AI to enhance everyday work. You’ll operate in a hybrid setup, collaborating across functions to drive client success and product value.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to design and deliver holistic solutions addressing business and technical needs
• Provide pre-sales technical advice and product demonstrations to customers, showcasing Visa capabilities and integrations
• Work directly with customers to support product integration and optimise use and performance of Visa solutions
• Leverage industry and technology knowledge to inform solution design and client support
• Support the sales process by acting as a product technical expert and advisor

Key requirements

• 10 or more years of corebanking experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in product development methodologies
• Experience in transforming business ideas into detailed requirements for technology teams to deliver new products or enhancements
• Experience in data analysis, modeling, and visualization
• Experience in managing simultaneous tasks and projects with multiple workstreams
• Experience in project management and Agile development
• Experience in systems thinking and understanding of software development processes, including API-driven solutions and cloud technology
