In this Director role within OIDS, you guide large-scale TMT transformation programmes, advising senior clients and shaping delivery strategy. Responsibilities

• Cultivate and expand senior client relationships as trusted advisor to C-suite on transformation agendas
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex transformation programmes with governance and realisation of value
• Mobilise and lead multi-disciplinary teams across design, process, data, and technology
• Shape and develop multi-capability, multi-geography teams with high performance and inclusive culture
• Define overall programme strategy, target operating model, governance, and delivery plans aligned to client objectives
• Lead commercial stewardship including budgets, forecasting, resourcing, and profitability
• Manage complex stakeholder landscapes to ensure alignment and resolve dependencies
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and embed continuous improvement across workstreams
• Drive growth of the OIDS TMT practice through opportunity identification and bids
• Mentor and develop talent, contribute to proposition development and thought leadership

Key requirements

• Director-level experience advising and leading complex transformation programmes in media, telecoms, and/or technology
• Deep knowledge of TMT operating dynamics and ability to translate market insight into practical strategies
• Proven ability to use AI, automation, data and digital tech to accelerate processes and create value
• Strong track record building trusted relationships with senior executives and influencing decisions
• Strong commercial acumen with experience leading proposals, bids, and pitches
• Experience contributing to growth through proposition development, go-to-market activity, and coaching
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive audiences
• Expertise in one or more TMT domains (Telecoms, Media, Technology)
