Senior Manager – Finance Transformation Consulting (Process Intelligence)

Overview

In this role you drive finance transformation programs using process mining and intelligence to deliver transparent, data-driven improvements across finance value chains. You’ll combine advisory, delivery leadership, and business development to help CFOs turn finance operations into intelligent, partner-like functions. You’ll work with cross-functional stakeholders to design AI-enabled solutions and scalable operating models that unlock efficiency and working capital improvements. This is a strategic role at a global consulting partner shaping finance transformation at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Finance Transformation engagements as the primary advisor to clients, focusing on data-driven process transparency and optimisation
• Advise CFOs on using Process Mining and Process Intelligence to uncover inefficiencies, risks, and value leakage across finance processes
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, positioning Wipro as a strategic partner in intelligent finance transformation
• Own end-to-end delivery of transformation programs: process discovery, conformance analysis, benchmarking, simplification, standardisation, and continuous monitoring
• Lead integration of process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, SAP Signavio) into finance programs and translate insights into actionable transformations (automation, harmonisation, policy optimisation)
• Drive adoption of continuous improvement operating models enabled by process intelligence
• Shape differentiated client propositions, develop value-backed ROI business cases, and expand Wipro’s footprint through consultative selling
• Collaborate with Global Business Lines and ecosystem partners to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions
• Develop and mentor consulting teams, build internal capability and IP in process intelligence-led offerings
• Contribute to thought leadership and market positioning through publications and industry engagement

Key requirements

• Hands-on experience with process intelligence in GTM and delivery (Celonis and/or ARIS preferred)
• Finance transformation domain background
• Ability to design AI solutions around business problems with evidence
• Experience in client-facing roles
