Responsibilities
- Manage own caseload across Employment Law and HR matters
- Handle settlement agreements
- Draft employment contracts, policies, and HR documentation
- Run and assist with employment tribunal claims and pre-litigation negotiations
- Provide day-to-day HR and employment law advice
- Support corporate teams on TUPE and related documents
- Assist with internal investigations
- Deliver in-person and online training sessions
- Contribute to business development activities, including seminars, training, and blog content
Key requirements
- 3+ years PQE in Employment Law and HR matters
- Strong communication and client care skills
