As Bid Manager you will lead the development of winning tenders for an environmental remediation contractor, coordinating cross-functional inputs to deliver accurate, commercially robust proposals on time. You will work closely with technical and operations teams to interpret client requirements and shape bid strategy, contributing directly to business growth. Key requirements

• Experience in bid management/tendering, ideally in environmental/remediation/construction
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
• Full UK driving licence
• Full right to work in the UK
• Must live in or near Essex
