Responsibilities

• Progress cases quickly and efficiently
• Apply strong technical knowledge of principles, case law, and litigation
• Manage cases in line with service levels and best practice
• Prioritize work to maximize efficiency
• Build stakeholder relationships internally and externally
• Develop technical and commercial knowledge through training and practice

Key requirements

• 6+ months’ experience managing own caseload of pre-litigated EL/PL/PI and Catastrophic Loss claims
• Experience handling EL/PL/Catastrophic Loss claims
• Insurance litigation experience
• Previous experience in Scottish law and Scotland legal qualifications
