Responsibilities

• Lead structural design for industrial and data centre projects
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Manage projects from concept through to completion, on time and within budget
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards
• Mentor and support junior engineers
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to define requirements
• Promote sustainability and innovative design approaches
• Develop and review technical drawings and models using engineering software

Key requirements

• Proven experience in structural design focusing on industrial and/or data centre sectors
• Proficiency in Tekla, Robot, MasterSeries
• Strong understanding of codes and standards
• Excellent communication skills for client and team engagement
• Ability to manage projects from concept to delivery
• Commitment to sustainability and innovative design
• Mentored or mentorable mindset toward junior staff
• Chartered with IStructE or ICE preferred but not essential
• MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
