Bid Manager – Essex – Civils/Highways/Infrastructure

Overview

As Bid Manager, you will own and coordinate the bid process for civils, highways and infrastructure projects. You’ll lead input from Planning, Operational, Commercial, Estimating, Proposals and other contributors to produce and submit Tender Submissions. You will also drive post-tender activities such as TQ responses and interviews. This role sits at a regional office and offers a clear path to shape competitive bids within a leading main contractor. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to win high-value projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bid production across Planning, Operational, Commercial, Estimating and Proposals
• Take ownership of tender submissions from start to finish
• Lead post-tender activities including TQ responses and interviews
• Manage input from multiple contributors to ensure timely, compliant bids
