Overview

In this role, you will serve as a Quantity Surveyor in the retail and commercial division, focusing on refurbishment and fit-out projects. You will handle commercial aspects across projects ranging up to 5m, working autonomously within a reputable main contractor. You will contribute to delivering shell and core, cut-and-carve schemes for shopping centres, offices, and related spaces. This opportunity offers regional exposure in Hertfordshire with a strong emphasis on delivering value and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial aspects for retail and commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects
• Oversee shell-and-core and cut-and-carve works within projects up to 5m
• Coordinate autonomously across multiple projects
• Maintain project financials and cost control to protect profitability
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure project delivery
• Support overall project commercial strategy and risk management
