Overview
In this role, you own and shape the AI Enablement Integration capability to securely enable enterprise AI adoption across global teams. You lead a distributed MuleSoft engineering team and collaborate with product, data, security, and architecture functions to transform APIs and integrations into reusable, agent-ready assets. You’ll drive scalable, compliant integration patterns and oversee production-grade delivery for AI-enabled workflows in a regulated healthcare environment. Responsibilities
- Own the AI Enablement Integration roadmap and align it with enterprise AI strategy and governance.
- Lead design and delivery of agent-ready APIs, MCP-enabled tools, and integration services that support AI agents and automation platforms.
- Provide architectural guidance on multi-system orchestration, human-in-the-loop controls, and event-driven automation.
- Build and mentor a globally distributed MuleSoft engineering team; foster cross-functional collaboration across Product, Data, Security, EA, and Platform teams.
- Ensure reliability, security, observability, and compliance of production APIs and integration services; drive CI/CD practices and operational runbooks.
Key requirements
- Experience leading a global MuleSoft engineering team.
- Proficiency with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, AI Gateway, MCP, and MuleSoft Agent Fabric.
- Strong ability to translate AI use cases into scalable integration capabilities.
- Knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance requirements in regulated healthcare environments.
