Quantity Surveyor

Overview

As a Quantity Surveyor you will manage cost control for high-end housing projects in Hertfordshire. You’ll work on a mix of 1–3 projects, from super prime residential to small developments, reporting to the Commercial Director. You’ll shape budgets, monitor expenditures, and support commercial decisions to protect value. This role sits at the heart of luxury development delivery, offering impact across project teams and stakeholders.
