Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural dispute resolution activities and claims analysis for high-profile construction disputes
  • Provide expert witness consultancy and litigation support in court and arbitration settings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret design and technical delivery issues within contractual contexts
  • Mentor junior staff and participate in structured professional development
  • Contribute to tactical decision-making and outcomes in dispute resolution projects

Key requirements

  • Registered Architect (RIBA) with 15+ years in private practice
  • Proven design, technical delivery, specifications, and site management expertise
  • Strong knowledge of NEC, JCT, and FIDIC contracts
  • Experience managing architectural projects from concept through delivery
  • Analytical mindset and interest in the legal side of construction
