Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate high-volume agreements (NDAs, MSAs, product orders, supplier/customer/technology agreements) and flag risks early
- Translate regulatory requirements into clear product guidance and ensure launch-ready designs
- Provide day-to-day legal advice to Operations, Finance, Trading, and Product to enable fast, confident decision-making
- Support UK and cross-border regulatory compliance, filings, and policy governance to keep business inspection-ready
- Build scalable legal infrastructure (templates, clause libraries, playbooks) and automate routine workflows
Key requirements
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent)
- 2–7 years post-qualification experience, mix of law firm and in-house preferred
- Strong commercial contracts and corporate law grounding; energy/tech/financial services experience a plus
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
