Overview

As Regional Product Manager for UK, IE, BE and NL, you will drive the CST portfolio growth and enable next-gen technologies in a multi-country setting. You partner with regional sales and marketing to implement local strategies, lead launches, and optimize the sales funnel. Your work across reimbursement, training, and competitive intelligence will strengthen market access and product adoption. This role offers regional impact, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to robotics-driven spine solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth of the CST portfolio and introduce enabling technologies to achieve market leadership
• Drive business development to increase portfolio value and market impact
• Develop and execute launch plans for next-generation technologies and optimize current offerings
• Oversee the sales funnel using Salesforce to forecast, manage pipeline, and monitor performance
• Deliver training for customers and sales teams on clinical and technical benefits
• Develop reimbursement strategies to secure market access, with a focus on robotics
• Build a business intelligence system for competitive insights and objection handling
• Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare professionals to align with market needs

Key requirements

• Experience in Spinal, Orthopaedics, or Neuromodulation therapies within sales or marketing
• Experience in capital sales or marketing
• Proven ability to operate in a complex business environment with sales and regional marketing
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
