Overview

In this role you will lead the development and delivery of Operational Excellence and Process Improvement capabilities for Banking and Wealth & Asset Management clients. You’ll build core FS-specific capabilities, drive demand and close deals, and oversee end-to-end transformation programmes. You will work with cross-functional teams to apply advanced methodologies and digital technologies, helping clients realise measurable business benefits. Responsibilities

  • Build and mature Operational Excellence and Process Improvement capabilities for FS
  • Maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities to meet revenue targets
  • Develop and tailor proposals for clients and help close deals
  • Lead and oversee implementation programmes across FS
  • Demonstrate delivery leadership and governance across large, diverse teams
  • Drive adoption of digital technologies and Lean Six Sigma/Lean approaches
  • Ensure high-quality delivery and pursue follow-on work and extensions
  • Engage stakeholders at multiple levels and mentor teams

Key requirements

  • Experience delivering operational improvement across front-, middle-, and back-office in FS
  • Proven track record of leading assignments and teams
  • History of realising business benefits and outcomes
  • Experience with digital technologies, cost improvement, and change management
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management across senior levels
  • Ability to influence discussions and navigate challenging conversations
  • Experience with end-to-end transformation programmes and delivery governance
  • Commercial acumen in scoping, pricing, and planning projects
  • Strong engagement leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • Consulting experience in a large firm or internal consultancy (desirable)
