Talent Transformation Consultant

Overview

In this role you will partner with clients to design and implement talent strategies that align skills with business goals. You’ll work in cross-functional teams to deliver learning, reskilling, and talent architecture initiatives that enable speed, adaptability, and sustainable performance. You will shape transformations at scale, from skills-based organization shifts to workforce planning aligned with strategic needs. You’ll operate at the intersection of technology and talent, using learning platforms and tooling to drive measurable impact. This role offers exposure to global networks and a culture that values innovation and shared success.

Responsibilities

• Challenge clients to adopt a skills-based approach and improve internal mobility and adaptability
• Analyze how digital technologies and AI influence workforce needs and transformation
• Support development of Talent Strategy by assessing current and needed skills and addressing gaps
• Lead Strategic Workforce Planning to align workforce with business goals
• Deliver talent, learning and reskilling projects to build client capability
• Support large-scale technology transformation programmes to create impactful learning experiences
• Advise on new ways of working and behaviors to accelerate delivery
• Construct a Skills Architecture linking skills to roles, career paths, and business objectives
• Be knowledgeable about Talent tech (LXP, LMS) to guide appropriate tooling
• Support growth of Talent & Skilling practice through innovation, thought leadership, and market presence
• Contribute to market-relevant Talent & Skilling viewpoints and offerings for Accenture

Key requirements

• Experience delivering talent, learning, or workforce transformation for Health and/or Public Sector (clearance environment preferred)
• Familiarity with public sector governance and regulated delivery expectations
• Existing UK government security clearance (e.g., BPSS or SC)
