Overview
In this role you will lead the partnership tax function for a respected London practice, guiding compliance and advisory projects across structuring, profit allocations and succession. You will partner with senior leadership to elevate the firm’s specialist tax offering and support complex technical matters. The position offers flexible arrangements (full-time or part-time) and exposure to high-quality clients. Your impact includes shaping clients’ tax strategies and contributing to the firm’s growing reputation in partnership tax.

Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of partnership tax compliance and advisory services
- Manage a portfolio of partnership clients including OMBs and HNWIs with high service levels
- Oversee project budgets, workflow and timely completion of assignments
- Provide technical support on profit allocation, succession, and restructuring
- Collaborate with Partners on complex compliance and advisory projects
- Ensure adherence to HMRC regulations and professional guidelines
- Manage the tax team
