Overview

In this role, you will own TikTok Shop inventory planning end-to-end, aligning forecasted demand with supply while optimizing GM% and ASP. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to shape the assortment, manage stock levels, and test scenarios that maximize revenue. The role combines strategic planning with actionable execution in a fast-moving e-commerce environment. You will leverage data to drive informed buy, pricing, and launch decisions, helping SharkNinja capture growth in a dynamic channel.

Responsibilities

  • Own TTS inventory operations end-to-end driven by forecast and live demand
  • Pressure-test the forecast from supply and financial perspectives to protect GM% and ASP
  • Coordinate with Ops to allocate stock, manage stock transfers, and align DTC/TTS splits
  • Identify excess/obsolete stock and plan liquidation or promotional strategies
  • Plan launch volumes for new products and ensure first-week sell-through coverage
  • Shape TikTok Shop assortment strategy, identifying gaps and evaluating exclusives
  • Develop demand scenarios and bet cases to steer range, buy, and phasing decisions
  • Ensure inventory availability for live commerce events and peak trading periods
  • Establish cross-functional planning cadences and timely inputs for decision-making
  • Utilize PBI and AI tools for regular reporting and stock risk visualization

Key requirements

  • Experience in sales analysis, demand planning, category management or financial analysis
  • Exposure to fast-moving e-commerce, marketplace or DTC channels
  • Knowledge of inventory planning mechanics (stock cover, allocation, phasing, launch sizing, OOS mitigation)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to build scenario/sensitivity models for buy/phasing recommendations
  • Experience with pivot tables, large data sets, and data visualization
  • Fluency with BI and AI tools (Power BI or equivalent) for reporting
  • Commercial judgment to read P&L and defend bets beyond reporting
  • Strong organizational skills with multitasking in a fast-paced environment
