Property Manager

Overview

As a Property Manager within Savills’ lettings function, you will oversee property portfolios and support landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy journey. You work in a collaborative, hands-on environment that values training and career development, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and all parties remain informed. You’ll liaise with the Tenancy Progression, Client Services, Property Management and Client Accounts teams to deliver a smooth lettings experience. • Manage a portfolio of properties and oversee tenancy progression
• Handle property management queries with timely, accurate responses
• Ensure landlords and tenants are kept informed throughout the tenancy
• Collaborate with Tenancy Progression, Client Services, Property Management and Client Accounts teams
• Support and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance lettings environment
