Commercial Analyst

Overview

In this role you will drive revenue growth and profitability across a diverse portfolio by using forecasting, pricing and commercial analyses. You will partner with senior stakeholders to translate data into actionable recommendations that shape pricing, product, and process decisions. You’ll develop forecasting models, dashboards and KPI frameworks to support strategic decisions, while identifying risks and opportunities across revenue streams. This position blends revenue management, financial modelling and business partnering to improve profitability and customer value.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue optimisation by analysing pricing, yield, demand and performance to maximise profitability
• Develop and maintain forecasting models, scenario planning tools and performance analyses
• Deliver actionable commercial insights across multiple revenue streams
• Produce and maintain dashboards, KPIs and reporting frameworks for executive decisions
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, Operations and other functions to evaluate performance and uncover growth opportunities
• Support pricing, product and process improvements to enhance commercial outcomes and customer experience
• Monitor performance against targets and recommend interventions
• Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Key requirements

• Experience in commercial analysis, revenue management, business performance, pricing, financial planning or related discipline
• Strong analytical and modelling capability with advanced Excel and data visualisation skills
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into practical commercial actions
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels
• Commercially astute with a strong understanding of revenue drivers, profitability and business performance
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities and opportunities evolve
