As a Senior Consultant, you will drive digital transformation and regulatory change within the Capital Markets domain, shaping operating models and target-state processes for clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver risk-focused controls enhancements and technology-enabled delivery on complex programmes. Your work supports cost reduction, process optimization, and regulatory remediations, while building credibility and client relationships in a dynamic firm. This role offers hands-on development, exposure to leading practitioners, and meaningful client impact in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement operating models to meet client needs
• Analyse banks’ cost bases to identify savings opportunities
• Model processes and design target-state workflows
• Support large-scale technology programmes across initiatives
• Conduct regulatory impact assessments, gap analyses, and design implementations
• Translate regulatory requirements into tangible business transformations and improved controls
• Support internal projects and business development work

Key requirements

• Strong operations knowledge in capital markets and experience with full trade lifecycle
• Experience in transformation, risk & control, regulatory change, or technology delivery projects
• Strong problem-solving and structured analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong stakeholder management
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel proficiency
• Change experience in a major capital markets institution in digital transformation, risk/regulatory change, or technology delivery
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and their impact on capital markets (e.g., analytics, process automation)
