In this role you will lead and shape cross-border SRT and synthetic securitisation matters for major financial institutions. You’ll collaborate with Structured Finance, Regulatory, Tax and Derivatives teams to deliver integrated risk-transfer solutions across jurisdictions. The position offers exposure to innovative, market-leading securitisation structures and regulatory capital work, contributing to the firm’s global client base. Responsibilities
- Lead on SRT and synthetic securitisation matters, including structuring, execution, regulatory analysis, investor negotiations and programme development
- Collaborate with colleagues across Structured Finance, Regulatory, Tax and Derivatives to deliver integrated client solutions
- Advise on cross-border, international transactions for banks, insurers, investors and alternative capital providers
Key requirements
- Experience in synthetic securitisation, SRT transactions, portfolio risk transfer, securitisation and structured finance
- Experience advising financial institutions on regulatory capital optimisation initiatives, capital relief trades, credit linked note programmes or funded and unfunded risk transfer transactions
- Strong technical drafting skills and commercial judgment
- Open to candidates based in other leading financial centres with relevant experience
