Digital Power Project Engineer

Overview

In this role you lead electrical systems projects from concept to completion, directing teams to deliver high-quality power solutions. You will design architectures spanning generation, storage, conversion, and distribution, and manage risks and stakeholder communication. You’ll work on high-visibility projects that impact critical infrastructure worldwide, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive safe and reliable systems. This is a hands-on leadership role at the forefront of power technology, with a clear path to growing your leadership capabilities within Schneider Electric.

Responsibilities

• Own technical execution for electrical systems projects spanning HV, MV, and LV networks
• Design comprehensive power system architectures integrating generation, storage, conversion, and distribution components
• Lead technical teams through all project phases including design, supplier management, implementation, and testing
• Assess and manage technical risks while maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders and leadership
