Property & Agricultural Solicitor – Somerset

Overview

In this role you will manage a varied country property and agricultural caseload across Somerset, Bristol and Taunton, handling high‑value rural assets and complex projects. You will work within a Private Property & Agricultural team, advising on farm, estate, diversification, renewable energy and environmental matters. You’ll build strong client relationships while collaborating with colleagues across disciplines, with clear opportunities for long‑term career development in a supportive, ambitious practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage an independent caseload of country property and agricultural transactions, including high value rural assets
• Advise on complex farm, estate and diversification projects, including renewable energy and environmental matters
• Undertake agricultural and commercial landlord and tenant work
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while collaborating with colleagues across related disciplines
• Develop specialist expertise and progress career within a supportive and ambitious team

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with demonstrable experience of handling Property matters
