Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse residential conveyancing caseload
- Take ownership of files from inception to completion
- Advise on acquisitions, disposals and development projects
- Collaborate with partners and build strong client relationships
- Contribute to business development and firm visibility
- Provide pragmatic legal solutions to clients
Key requirements
- 3 years’ PQE in residential property
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx
- Commercially aware and able to manage transactions independently
- Strong client relationship skills
