Overview
In this Health Economics Lead role, you will provide technical leadership across a diverse portfolio of economic modelling projects and help grow the consultancy’s modelling capability. You will work closely with pharmaceutical and biotech clients to deliver robust economic analyses and strategic solutions, while supporting proposals and business development. The position combines hands-on modelling with leadership, shaping internal best practices and the future direction of Health Economics. You will join a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where your work directly influences project delivery and company growth.

Key requirements
- Extensive experience delivering Health Economics projects in a consultancy, pharmaceutical or healthcare setting
- Strong technical expertise in cost-effectiveness, budget impact and decision-analytic modelling
- Experience supporting HTA submissions and reimbursement strategies internationally
- Technical leadership and quality assurance across multiple projects
- Relationship building with clients and contributing to proposals and business development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
